Product Description

Nelson Acrylic Filling Putty ready to use. It is based on Acrylic binder.

Design Usage

Nelson Acrylic Filling Putty formulated to fill gaps and voids of uneven surfaces. Its heavily pigmented with excellent built in bonding properties. It is suitable to fill pores, dents and imperfections of wood, concrete and related material surfaces.

Storage Instruction

Store in a cool shaded, well-ventilated dry area, protected from heat and direct sunlight. Container must be kept tightly closed.

Surface Preparation

The surface to be painted should be clean, dry free from all loose material like efflorescence and old Flaking paint. Loose plaster, cement splashes and dust must be
thoroughly removed. New plaster / concrete must be fully cured.

Condition during Application

The temperature of the substrate should not be less then 100C and at least 30C above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate.

Safety Precautions

  • Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing such as goggles, dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  • Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied. Do not breathe vapors or spray.
  • This product is un-flammable but Keep away from sources of ignition and heat.
  • Paint should be stirred well before use. Replace lid of unused paint tin tightly.
