    The life-span and performance of coating is directly related to the degree of surface preparation.
    The surface to be painted should be clean, dry free from all loose material like efflorescence
    and old Flaking paint, uneven areas should be filled with Nelson Acrylic Wall Putty and leveled
    with emery paper before primary coat, refer to apply Nelson Wall Primer Sealer before painting
    for good results.
